Squid Game Season 2 Ends with a Thrilling Cliff Hanger

Watching Squid Game Season 1, we all wished and wondered whyn’t all the players ganged up against the makers? Was it so difficult? What would have happened if the vote ended up in a tie? Well, Squid Game Season 2 answers all these questions! The players did turn against the makers, and it ended in a catastrophe! Squid Game Season 2 was an adrenaline rush throughout, and every episode left us craving more!

The season ended on a thrilling note! We know how we all went, “What?? How did it just end there!?!” Yes, we at Vogue Vocal felt that too! The whole world is looking for one answer, “What happens next?” There will be only one winner at the end, so will Player 456, Gi-Hun, get lucky again? Will the search and rescue operation going side by side make it in time? Who was Player Number 1? Wasn’t it obvious that every Player 1 will be a part of the makers? There are too many questions, which only confirms one thing: Squid Game Season 3 is on the way!

Gi-Hun’s Half-Cooked Plans Ruining the Game

Would you trust someone in a situation where you only know people by a number? A place where you see masked men all around you and players getting shot in the head for silly games! We highly doubt that! But here we have our hero, Player 456; it’s safe to say none of his plans worked out in Squid Game Season 2! Starting from his attempt to find the makers who were trying to entice people into joining the game again to his heroic takeover failure!

So before Vogue Vocal gets into the nitty gritty details, we must warn you that there are major spoilers here! So, the first two episodes of Squid Game Season 2 are focused on the mental trauma the players and their families were facing because of the game. The families were still waiting for their loved ones to return, while Gi-Hun and Jun Hao knew the bitter reality. They sped up their efforts to put an end to the heinous game once and for all. They teamed up to plan everything they could, but everything went in vain! That was Gi Hun’s first failure! The tracker he got installed in his tooth was also a lost cause! Oh, and we need to talk about his rebellious movement in detail, but again, it was a half-cooked plan with bizarre execution!

Season 2 Games Miss Thrill because of Predictability?

Whether you like the season or not, we are big fans of the marketing team! Squid Game Season 2 really stepped up its marketing game, and the guys deserve a raise! From Google to the streets of Kuala Lumpur, from the masked men climbing down the helicopters to brand collaborations like Xbox and Duolingo, they left no box unchecked!

Red Light Green Light, the most talked-about game from season 1, made its comeback in Squid Game Season 2, and you would think that it wouldn’t be the same thrill and suspense again, but oh boy, how wrong we were! From the drug-addicted rapper to the mother-son duo, everyone added their own spin to the game, and we were on our toes the entire time!

While the rest of the plot felt like staging for Season 3, the games kept our interest alive in the season! Now, what made Season 1 games a success was the unpredictability! Nobody thought the games would be so violent, but Squid Game Season 2 kept the spark alive with a new twist on the old games and the new team games! If you ask us our favorite game among the rest, it has to be the team game that gave us the excitement of 5 games in 1!

Jun-Ho Still Looking For His Star Moment

Jun-ho, man, seriously, you have been trying to solve the mystery for 2 seasons, and you got yourself nowhere! He teamed up with Gi-Hun, but both seem to be failing miserably! Jun-Ho has the whole team, and he has no idea that he has a mole on his team! And, of course, it had to be a key person who could disrupt their entire plans, so the Captain of the ship is the mole, and Jun Ho and his team have no idea!

They are trying their best to find the island, but it looks like they won’t get anywhere until they realize something is wrong with the Captain! And we would have to wait for Season 3 to find out if Jun Ho would actually be of any help! As the last rebellious movement broke out on the Squid Game island, we were waiting for the heroic entry of Jun Ho’s team to enter like a hero and save everyone, but that didn’t happen! Will he ever make it as the hero we want him to be?

The Rebellions on The Loose!

Let’s talk about the major disappointment! Gi-Hun had a plan and when the vote led to a surprising 50-50 result, we all saw what was coming next! There was a reason they gave them forks with sushi; that was quite self-explanatory! Gi-Hun decides to hide and not be a part of killing their own. Good plan, but again, poorly executed! He should have warned everyone before they all got into that awful war with each other! They took the guns from the masked men, but..why were they in such a hurry? Why leave the amo magazines behind?

Still, they could have made it if it wasn’t for the traitor Player 01, In-ho! That man was sus from the beginning in Squid Game Season 2, but we didn’t expect him to be the traitor! Or was he? Maybe he had a plan too, maybe he was caught by the guards too, maybe he makes his way out secretly and helps them! Only one way to find out: Squid Game Season 3!
